Founded in 2020, the family-run business was built on decades of hands-on commercial fishing experience, beginning with Allan’s journey from deckhand to skipper and vessel owner. Inspired by our first vessel, F.V. Silver Sea, they set out to share the ocean-to-plate journey, providing wild-caught Eastern King prawns from the waters of Southeast Queensland.
The Sunshine Coast is renowned for its artisan producers and fishers, and its pristine waters and strong local seafood culture make the region a thriving hub for wild-caught seafood.
