Raised in the heart of Pays de la Loire, Alain Francois ducks enjoy rich pastures and a mild climate—producing tender, flavourful duck breast made with traditional French care.
With extensive experience, Alain Francois have established a three-month rearing period, including ten days for fattening based on a 100% plant, mineral and vitamin diet (corn, wheat, soy, sunflower), which helps to guarantee a superior quality of the duck meat and foie gras.
