W.Black Wagyu

The W.Black Wagyu program closely monitors every step of the supply chain to ensure
discerning customers around the Globe are delivered a product of consistently outstanding quality.

Currently, there are over 60 farmers across NSW, Victoria and South Australia that they work with to supply into our W.Black Wagyu program. They focus on these cooler, more temperate climates as this is the environment that they have found Wagyu thrive in.

W Black hand picks from the finest Wagyu x Angus F1-F4 calves. They spend 12 months
roaming natural pastures and an average of 400 days on a bespoke Japanese-inspired 100% vegetarian diet in the Riverina region of New South Wales resulting in a natural wagyu earthy-caramel sweetness.
